How To Make Boba Milk Tea
Step 1
COOK TAPIOCA PEARLS
Using a 8:1 water:boba ratio, cook boba in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain and soak in sugar syrup.
Step 2
BREW LOOSE TEA
Steep your choice of loose leaf tea in hot water for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
ASSEMBLE YOUR DRINK
Combine choice of milk and tea. Layer pearls, milk tea, and ice in a glass cup. Stir & enjoy!
