Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. 

All purchases are final. If you'd like to cancel your order, there will be a 15% processing fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@gobobagreen.com. Please note that customers will cover return shipping costs and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our boba kits, teas, and custom or personalized products. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted at this time.  

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you offer refunds? We prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we do not offer refunds at this time. Our focus is on providing detailed product descriptions and customer support to help you make informed choices before your purchase. Please note that our shipping costs are non-refundable as they are an actual cost our small business has to bear.

Is there a fee for returning items? Yes, there is a 15% processing fee for all returns. This fee is deducted from the amount credited back to you to cover the costs associated with processing returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.

How long do I have to return an item? Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please check your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Remember, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How can I return my purchase? To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, hi@gobobagreen.com, with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item(s). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my order is lost during shipping? If you believe USPS has lost your package, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS. You can start the claim process at USPS Claims. We are here to assist you with any information needed for your claim.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item? If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be through a replacement or another form of resolution. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any returns due to damage will follow our standard return process.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item (within the 15-day return period and subject to the 15% processing fee) and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. Please remember, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Will I be refunded for shipping costs when I return an item? Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you return an item, the refund amount will also have the 15% processing fee deducted, not including any shipping and handling fees paid at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long will it take to process my return? Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the credit in your account. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
