🎄Christmas Order Cutoff Dates 2024
- To ensure your holiday orders arrive in time, please place your orders by Wednesday, December 11th, 2024!
- We ship our orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
USA
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order is confirmed.
- Shipping Notification: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Refer to this tracking number for the estimated arrival date.
- Eco-Conscious Shipping: We ship all our products eco-consciously, avoiding plastic bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, or plastic tape.
- Shipping Carriers: At this time we ship with USPS (default) and UPS (by request at cost).
- Liability: bobagreen is NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. bobagreen's responsibility ends once orders leave our warehouse facility. The responsibility for delivery then transfers from bobagreen to the shipping company and the customer.
- Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we encourage customers to file a claim directly with USPS. For assistance with filing a claim, you can visit the USPS website or contact their customer service. This step is crucial for resolving issues with lost shipments and potentially recovering your package or receiving compensation.
- Delivery Times:Â Please note that we strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are subject to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is shipped out, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery timeline. Generally, orders are received well within 5 business days after shipping.
Local Pick-up
- We are working on partnering with local small businesses to stock our products. If you have a requested location or are interested in a partnership, please reach out to hi@gobobagreen.com.
INTERNATIONAL
- Countries Served: Currently, we are only shipping to the USA and Canada. If you reside outside these countries and wish for us to expand our shipping locations to include your country, please let us know at hi@gobobagreen.com.
- Delivery Times: We strive to process and ship orders quickly; however, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to make changes to the delivery timeline once an order is shipped.
- Estimated Delivery Dates: We provide estimated delivery dates based on carrier information, but these are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays after the order has been dispatched.
Customs and Duty Fees
- International Orders: All are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your bobagreen order or shipping total. bobagreen is not responsible for any fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
